Rumex aegyptiacus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Mesir utara. Nama ilmiah Rumex aegyptiacus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
