Rumex bithynicus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye barat laut. Nama ilmiah Rumex bithynicus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Karl Heinz Rechinger pada tahun 1985.
