Rumex frutescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tristan da Cunha, Gough. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan wedgeleaf dock. Nama ilmiah Rumex frutescens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Louis-Marie Aubert du Petit-Thouars pada tahun 1808.
