Rumex tuberosus subsp. contractus merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polygonaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye selatan. Nama ilmiah Rumex tuberosus subsp. contractus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karl Rechinger pada tahun 1949.
