Ruprechtia glauca merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil timur laut. Nama ilmiah Ruprechtia glauca pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Daniel Friedrich Meissner pada tahun 1855.
