Saussurea firma adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Rusia Timur Jauh selatan hingga China utara. Nama ilmiah Saussurea firma diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Masao Kitagawa pada tahun 1940.
