Saussurea ovatifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Tibet hingga Qinghai. Nama ilmiah Saussurea ovatifolia diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Yi Ling Chen pada tahun 1981.
