Saussurea weberi merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Amerika Serikat barat-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan weber's saw-wort. Nama ilmiah Saussurea weberi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Oskar Eric Gunnar Hultén pada tahun 1959.
