Senecio apenninus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Italia tengah. Nama ilmiah Senecio apenninus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ignaz Friedrich Tausch pada tahun 1828.
