Senecio aronicoides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Oregon hingga California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan rayless ragwort. Nama ilmiah Senecio aronicoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1838.
