Senecio doryphorus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Tanzania hingga RD Kongo. Nama ilmiah Senecio doryphorus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johannes Mattfeld pada tahun 1924.
