Senecio macroglossus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan dan kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Senecio macroglossus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1838.
