Senecio mustersii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Argentina selatan. Nama ilmiah Senecio mustersii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlo Luigi (Carlos Luis) Spegazzini pada tahun 1902.
