Senecio sericeonitens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Chili selatan dan selatan-tengah hingga Argentina selatan. Nama ilmiah Senecio sericeonitens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlo Luigi (Carlos Luis) Spegazzini pada tahun 1902.
