Senecio subdentatus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kaukasia, Asia tengah, Siberia barat daya, hingga Xinjiang. Nama ilmiah Senecio subdentatus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Friedrich von Ledebour pada tahun 1833.
