Senecio warszewiczii merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Chiapas) hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Senecio warszewiczii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alexander Karl Heinrich Braun pada tahun 1851.
