Senecio yurensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Peru. Nama ilmiah Senecio yurensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henry Hurd Rusby pada tahun 1912.
