Silene greenei subsp. angustifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Oregon hingga California. Nama ilmiah Silene greenei subsp. angustifolia diperkenalkan oleh Frederic Newton Williams pada tahun 2021.
