Spermacoce chaetocephala adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian) yang memiliki siklus hidup semusim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di kawasan tropis Afrika. Nama ilmiah Spermacoce chaetocephala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1830.
