Sporobolus flexuosus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Serikat bagian barat-tengah dan tengah hingga Meksiko utara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan mesa dropseed. Nama ilmiah Sporobolus flexuosus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Vasey pada tahun 1905.
