WESTERN MOUNTAIN AST Symphyotrichumspathulatum (Lindl.) G.L.Nesom
Symphyotrichum spathulatum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang kawasan subarktik Amerika hingga Meksiko (Baja California Norte). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan western mountain aster. Nama ilmiah Symphyotrichum spathulatum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Lindley pada tahun 1995.
