Symplocos elegans var. hirsuta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Symplocaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sri Lanka tengah. Nama ilmiah Symplocos elegans var. hirsuta diperkenalkan oleh Richard Henry Beddome pada tahun 1981.
