Tectaria crenata var. petiolata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Maluku (Seram). Nama ilmiah Tectaria crenata var. petiolata diperkenalkan oleh Masahiro Kato pada tahun 1996.
