Thelypteris nigrescens merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Yunnan, Guangxi). Nama ilmiah Thelypteris nigrescens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ren-Chang Ching pada tahun 2018.
