Urtica gracilis subsp. aquatica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Urtica gracilis subsp. aquatica diperkenalkan oleh Frederik Michael Liebmann pada tahun 2014.
