Valeriana ferax adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caprifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Argentina (San Luis, Córdoba). Nama ilmiah Valeriana ferax diperkenalkan oleh August Heinrich Rudolf Grisebach pada tahun 1882.
