Vanhouttea pendula merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Vanhouttea pendula pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alain Chautems pada tahun 2002.
