Vatica flavida merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Dipterocarpaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Semenanjung Malaysia (Perak selatan). Nama ilmiah Vatica flavida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Frederick William Foxworthy pada tahun 1932.
