Vatica vinosa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Dipterocarpaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sabah, Brunei). Nama ilmiah Vatica vinosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Shaw Ashton pada tahun 1962.
