Verbesina mexiae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko tengah dan barat daya. Nama ilmiah Verbesina mexiae diperkenalkan oleh Billie Lee Turner pada tahun 1987.
