Vernonia calulu adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang RD Kongo hingga Angola. Nama ilmiah Vernonia calulu diperkenalkan oleh William Philip Hiern pada tahun 1898.
