Viola regina merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Violaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Chili (Valparaíso). Nama ilmiah Viola regina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Michael Watson pada tahun 2020.
