Viola tomentosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Violaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan feltleaf violet. Nama ilmiah Viola tomentosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Milo Samuel Baker pada tahun 1949.
