Xerophyta rosea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Velloziaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Limpopo hingga Mpumalanga. Nama ilmiah Xerophyta rosea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1971.
