Zanthoxylum caribaeum subsp. rugosum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil hingga Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Zanthoxylum caribaeum subsp. rugosum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Saint-Hilaire pada tahun 2017.
