Zanthoxylum thorncroftii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Limpopo hingga Mpumalanga. Nama ilmiah Zanthoxylum thorncroftii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Inez Clare Verdoorn pada tahun 1975.
