Zapoteca alinae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Zapoteca alinae diperkenalkan oleh Héctor Manuel Hernández pada tahun 1989.
