Rhododendron augustinei subsp. chasmanthum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron augustinei subsp. chasmanthum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Ludwig Emil Diels pada tahun 1978.
