Rhododendron cinerascens merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Rhododendron cinerascens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hermann Otto Sleumer pada tahun 1960.
