Rhododendron coelorum merupakan tumbuhan hemiepifit dari famili Ericaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Rhododendron coelorum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Herbert Fuller Wernham pada tahun 1916.
