Rhododendron delicatulum var. lanceolatoides merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua (Pegunungan Star). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron delicatulum var. lanceolatoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hermann Otto Sleumer pada tahun 1960.
