Quercus ithaburensis subsp. macrolepis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Italia tenggara, Semenanjung Balkan, hingga Suriah. Nama ilmiah Quercus ithaburensis subsp. macrolepis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Georg Theodor Kotschy pada tahun 1981.
